RANDYS Worldwide Names New COO, Director of Distribution Operations

Everett, Washington-based RANDYS Worldwide, parent company of Yukon Gear & Axle, USA Standard and Zumbrota Drivetrain, has hired Ted Caldwell as its new chief operation officer and Tim Spiller as its new director of distribution operations, the company announced.

Caldwell is stepping into the COO spot, a new position at RANDYS targeted at creating scalable operational structure, processes, scaling and systems, optimizing warehouse growth, system automation and supply chain management, the company said.

Caldwell comes to RANDYS with a background in operations, logistics, supply chain and manufacturing engineering positions throughout the industrial, aerospace, automotive and defense industries.

Spiller has been coordinating distribution and logistics involving mass-market fulfillment for 10 years and comes to RANDYS after working with Funko during its expansion in the U.S. Spiller was responsible for setting up the company’s distribution in Europe.
