RANDYS Worldwide Acquires Cognito Motorsports

Aftermarket parts suppliers RANDYS Worldwide has acquired Cognito Motorsports, a manufacturer of truck and off-road performance products.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone for both companies and strengthens RANDYS Worldwide’s position as a comprehensive provider in the off-road, truck, SUV and undercar sectors, according to officials.

Cognito Motorsports, known for its design and manufacturing of premium steering, suspension, chassis and accessory performance products for trucks, SUVs and UTVs, has built a reputation for producing high-quality products that aligns seamlessly with the RANDYS Worldwide platform of brands, the company noted.
