Race Winning Brands Acquires PAC Racing Springs
Race Winning Brands has acquired PAC Racing Springs, a manufacturer of high-performance valve springs serving the automotive and powersports performance and racing aftermarket, the company announced.
PAC is headquartered and operates out of Southfield, Michigan, developing and producing valve springs and valvetrain components. The company engineers, manufactures and tests its products in-house, the company said, and serves various racing markets, from circle track to drag racing.

Along with our Manley, Trend and Victory1 brands, PAC enhances our valvetrain offering, equipping us with the necessary tools to improve quality, coverage and reduce overall lead times. This will translate to better care of all customers, whether they’re automotive drag or circle track racers, to high-flying UTV and motocross powersports enthusiasts. PAC’s manufacturing and supporting operations will remain based out their current Southfield, Michigan headquarters, the company said.
