Race Winning Brands Acquires Haltech | THE SHOPRace Winning Brands (RWB) recently acquired Haltech Engine Management Systems, the company announced.

Haltech offers a broad range of electronic engine management system products for performance and racing applications.

“I’m extremely excited about bringing Haltech into our Family of Brands. We have products that build faster, stronger engines, and Haltech builds products that allow those engines to perform at their best,” said Bob Bruegging, CEO of RWB. “Located in Australia, this will also give us another base of operations outside the U.S. to complement our Canadian and European Operations. Nathan and his team are a welcome addition to our growing family.”

“Haltech’s mission is to empower automotive passion, and through joining RWB, we can now bring our technology to so many more people,” said Nathan Clark, Haltech president. “We are very excited to be part of this high-caliber, high-horsepower family and looking forward to being able to provide customers with complete performance solutions.”

In addition to the acquisition, Haltech also announced that CEO Mark Bevan, who took control of the company in 2006, will be retiring.

Haltech will continue to operate from all their existing locations, the company said, and all Haltech dealers, customers and sponsored teams will continue to be supported as usual.
