Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Ten years ago, Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles (PECLA) opened to create a destination where anyone could experience driving the Porsche brand. Today, it has become one of the company’s most visited destinations, welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests around the world and earning a place at the center of Southern California’s automotive culture, company officials said in a press release.

On Oct. 18, PECLA will host A Decade of Drive: 10 Laps Around the Sun, an open-air celebration bringing together customers, enthusiasts and members of the local community to commemorate Porsche passion and memorable moments both on and off the track, the release noted. The anniversary celebration will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature demonstration laps, Simulator Lab experiences, curated vehicle displays, food and beverage, special speakers and access to the Porsche Motorsport North America Workshop.

Since opening in 2016, PECLA has become one of the brand’s most recognizable destinations, offering immersive driving programs, vehicle deliveries, dining experiences and automotive events, the company said. Home to Porsche Motorsport North America, located near Los Angeles International Airport, the center has become a gathering place for automotive enthusiasts, customers and the broader community.
