PerTronix Secures Investment from Private Equity Firm
PerTronix Performance Brands has secured an investment from Charger Investment Partners, a private equity firm based in El Segundo, California, the company announced.
PerTronix Performance Brands include PerTronix Ignition products, JBA Performance Exhaust, Doug’s Original Headers, Patriot Exhaust, Compu-Fire, Spyke, Aeromotive Fuel Systems and Taylor Cable Products.
“PerTronix Performance Brands is committed to driving growth and has proven success with the acquisition of two industry leading brands, Aeromotive Fuel Systems and Taylor Cable Products, in the past 13 months.
