Pennzoil has partnered with Rebelle Rally for Rebelle U.

“For those eager to embrace adventure, Rebelle U serves as the ultimate training and educational arm of the rally, the first women’s off-road navigation rally in the United States,” according to program officials.

Rebelle U, available to both men and women, offers a variety of sessions tailored to all skill levels leading up to this year’s Rebelle Rally on Oct. 10-19.

Participants build their confidence learning vehicle mechanics, driving techniques and navigation skills. Intermediate tasks cover advanced navigation techniques, vehicle recovery and enhanced driving skills.

For those craving the extreme, intensive specialized workshops in sand dune driving round out the offerings.

“Each session is an adventure, combining classroom instruction, field training and team-building exercises. Participants gain hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned experts who share a passion for off-roading. These experts confidently teach participants how to tackle diverse terrains, transforming them into skilled off-road navigators,” according to officials.

Some essential gear is needed to get the most out of the Rebelle U experience. Navigation tools such as a compass, plotter and minute rulers are crucial guides. Students receive a complete list of all the tools needed based on the chosen course, with camping gear available for rent.
