The AAM Group has welcomed Pacific Performance Engineering (PPE) as a supporting supplier partner, bringing high-performance solutions into the diesel market.
PPE’s Diesel Performance Legacy – From Duramax to Multi-Platform
Founded in 1985, PPE was built on a foundation of innovation and engineering excellence. In 2005, PPE’s engineers made a major impact by significantly increasing the horsepower and torque of the Duramax engine with the release of the PPE Tuner, company officials stated in a press release. As the Duramax platform gained popularity, so did demand for high-performance parts.
PPE responded by identifying weak points and developing solutions that pushed the platform to new limits. Building on this success, PPE expanded into other diesel markets, designing performance parts for Power Stroke and Cummins engines as well.
Today, PPE continues to lead in diesel performance innovation while expanding its expertise into a growing line of heavy-duty upgrades for a wider range of platforms — including light-duty trucks, Jeeps, Mustangs, Chargers and more.
