NPW Acquires Florida-Based Johnny’s Auto Parts | THE SHOPPerformance parts distributor NPW has acquired Johnny’s Auto Parts based out of Miami, according to Chris Pacey, NPW executive vice president & COO.

Johnny’s Auto Parts, now 30 years in business, is a high volume jobber servicing DIYer’s from its seven thousand square foot store.

Johnny’s will be badged as an Auto Value store bringing with it the national identity of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance program group along with all of its marketing elements. Auto Value, Bumper to Bumper and the Confidence Plus names are all part of the Alliance.

Rolando Cordero, owner of Johnny’s, remarked that he was pleased about the new NPW ownership in that NPW is a family owned and managed business and that he knew the Pacey family would keep the same traditions and practices that were developed over time that created the customer base that Johnny’s services.

With this addition, NPW now has three store locations in the South Florida market, 40 stores nationwide and 18 warehouse locations.
