New Roush F-150 Package Targets Improved Off-Road Performance

Roush Performance has unveiled its 2023 F-150 production vehicle, the company announced.

Roush’s 2023 F-150 features off-road performance upgrades and cooling improvements over stock, as well as additional styling elements. Upgrades to the 2023 Roush F-150 include an upgraded Roush Performance Coil-Over Suspension System, all-new satin black wheel options, and a wide array of aesthetic customization.

Customers have the option to have the 2023 Roush F-150 built from the 302A XLT or 502A Lariat Ford F-150 chassis with the choice of 11 exterior color options, including the all-new Avalanche Grey, Area 51 Blue, and Hot Pepper Red Metallic. 2023 Roush F-150s built on the XLT chassis receive two-tone gray and black premium leather seating, while trucks built with the Lariat packages receive an all-black matching leather interior with Vintage Carmine accents. The front and rear seats have been designed, tested, and calibrated to integrate with each vehicle’s safety systems and sensors. The leather features a hex pattern insert that matches the high-flow grille. The Roush Premium Leather Package also features an embroidered Roush logo on each headrest and square “R” and American flag tags.

The Roush Performance Coil-Over Suspension System has been redesigned for the 2023 Roush F-150, improving on the capability and stance of the previous year, the company said. The truck rides on 20-inch Iridium Grey wheels wrapped in 33-inch General Tire Grabber A/TX tires with Roush fender flares giving the truck a widened stance. The in-house designed wheels are available in satin black as an optional upgrade. The fender flares have been outfitted with clearance lighting and come standard in satin black, matching the front grille and other exterior components, but can be optioned with a color-matched finish on select exterior colors, Roush Performance said.

The 2023 Roush F-150 comes equipped with the Roush Performance Exhaust System, and an optional patented Active Exhaust System can be added, which allows for open or closed settings depending on the driver’s preferred noise level.

The 2023 Roush F-150 also features an exclusive high-flow front grille, built to improve airflow and equipped with additional clearance lighting. To aid with engine bay cooling, Roush Performance adds heat-extracting vents to the hood. The satin black finished vents allow heat to escape the engine compartment, complimenting the fender extractors with Roush badging. To finish off the exterior styling elements, the 2023 Roush F-150 is equipped with additional satin black Roush graphics package, which provides recognizable styling around the truck. An optional accent graphic is available for those who want an added touch of personalization.
