National Oak Distributors & Integrated Supply Network Have Merged

National Oak Distributors—an automotive paint, body and equipment wholesale distributor—and Integrated Supply Network, an automotive tool and equipment wholesale distributor, have announced that they have completed a merger of the two businesses.

The merger of the two companies will increase the value for customers and suppliers with greater product choice, expanded geographic reach, broader distribution capabilities and access to additional value-added services and solutions, officials stated in a press release.

The newly combined company will capitalize on its combined strengths to provide its customers and supplier partners with numerous advantages, including the following:

National Oak Distributors’ founder and CEO, Geoffrey Peckham, will be the majority owner of the combined entity and will serve as the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of the merged company. “The combined strengths of National Oak Distributors and Integrated Supply Network will create a powerhouse in the automotive aftermarket distribution industry,” Peckham said. “This combination will enable us to leverage industry-leading teams, talent and expertise, expand our portfolio of innovative products and supply chain solutions, enhance our geographic reach, and grow the markets that we serve with the industry-leading capabilities that National Oak Distributors and Integrated Supply Network have established in each of our 25+ years in business.”
