Mustang Week Florida: Spring Break Edition Coming to Tampa Bay in 2027

Mustang Week is launching Mustang Week Florida: Spring Break Edition, an all-new event bringing the Ford and Mustang community to Florida’s Tampa Bay area in March 2027.

As the third official Mustang Week destination, joining North Carolina and Texas, the Florida event marks a major expansion for Mustang Week, event organizers stated in a press release. Built around performance, lifestyle, and nonstop action, Mustang Week Florida is expected to deliver a fresh, spring-break-inspired experience for Mustang owners, Ford enthusiasts, fans and industry partners.

The event will feature an all-Ford car show, Mustang meet-ups, drag racing, drifting, road racing, autocross, cruise-ins and nighttime experiences across multiple venues throughout the greater Tampa Bay area.

“Mustang Week Florida—we are calling it Spring Break Edition, and it is exactly what it sounds like: Mustang Week with a completely different vibe,” said James Lawrence, owner of Mustang Week. “We’re bringing everything people love about Mustang Week to Florida, which is one of the best places in the country for Mustang and Ford enthusiasts. Between the weather, the beaches, the vacation opportunities and the car culture, this is going to be a special event.”

Wednesday Night: Kickoff Party at Motor Enclave

Mustang Week officially kicks off with music, food, drinks and a cruise-in at Motor Enclave, setting the stage for three days of cars, community and action across the Tampa Bay area.

Wednesday: VIP Track Day at Motor Enclave

The festival launches with an exclusive VIP Track Day at Motor Enclave, giving select participants the chance to get behind the wheel and experience one of Florida’s premier automotive performance facilities.

Thursday: Drag Day + Drifting at Showtime Speedway

Drag racing and drifting share the spotlight during a full day of motorsports at Showtime Speedway. From hard launches to tire smoke, Thursday sets the tone for the Mustang Week Florida experience.

Friday & Saturday: Mustang Week + Fabulous Fords at Tropicana Field

The heart of the event takes over Tropicana Field for two days, including:
