Returning Feb. 28–March 1, 2026, ModaMiami earned a nomination for Motoring Event of the Year by the International Historic Motoring Awards. Now in its third year, ModaMiami has become a global event, showcasing 400 extraordinary cars at The Biltmore Hotel, while blending Miami’s culture, energy and design as more local businesses and events join in, event organizers stated in a press release.

“Miami has always had an incredible car culture, but just as importantly, it has world-class cuisine, unmatched diversity and a constant energy that makes it one of the most exciting cities in the world,” said Ethan Gibson, director of communications for ModaEvents. “When we set our sights on where ModaEvents could host its flagship festival, Miami stood out immediately. Now, three years in, we’re seeing the city truly rally around ModaMiami. Last year, guests traveled from all over the world to attend, and the excitement continues to grow—from collectors and enthusiasts to families who just want to spend a weekend surrounded by the world’s rarest and most beautiful cars. ModaMiami is ready for its biggest and best year yet.”

ModaMiami officials claim that its reach now spans far beyond Miami itself, drawing attendees from 40 U.S. states—with strong representation from Florida, New York, California, New Jersey and Texas—and more than a dozen countries around the world. Guests have traveled from as far as Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, Brazil and Switzerland, reflecting the event’s transformation into an international celebration of cars, culture and design, noted the release.

In 2025, ModaMiami captured an audience of nearly 178 million through international press coverage, partnerships and social media activations, according to officials. The event attracted high-profile personalities, collectors and enthusiasts from across continents, fueling worldwide engagement and cementing ModaMiami as one of the most influential and anticipated gatherings in the luxury and automotive space.

About the International Historic Motoring Awards

Since 2011, the International Historic Motoring Awards have recognized exceptional individuals, events and places that best exemplify the passion and culture of classic car collecting. The car community nominates contenders for each of the HMA’s 15 categories, which are then voted on by a panel of distinguished experts, including Peter Wallman, Donald Osborne and Sandra Button.

This year’s awards were held Nov. 14 at The Peninsula London, and the winner of the Motoring Event of the Year category went to the Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week. The Digital Media of the Year Award went to the Petersen Automotive Museum.
