MidwayPlus Launches New B2B Software Platform for Aftermarket | THE SHOPMidwayPlus has launched a new B2B software platform for the automotive aftermarket, the company announced.

MidwayPlus is a patent-pending, B2B software solution that enables automotive brands to service direct resellers in one platform, the company said. The software features a transaction engine, a brand-to-reseller social feed, and a marketplace where brands manage client interactions, MidwayPlus representatives said, and also allows brands the ability to navigate territorial product restrictions and collects or submits sales tax on behalf of the brand for orders in the United States.

On the platform, brands will have access to a transaction engine with the ability to direct accounts. Resellers can also access the portal and engage with multiple brands from one account.

The MidwayPlus Feed is the platform’s social media tool and can be used to market directly to resellers and distribute technical data, sales initiatives or product related news.

The MidwayPlus Marketplace is the brand’s business development tool, the company said. Brands can opt into the Marketplace and have the ability to connect with resellers.
