Mid-American Truck Parts LLC Acquires Great Plains Urethane Distribution Inc.

Mid-American Truck Parts LLC, based in Olathe, Kansas, announced the completed acquisition of Great Plains Urethane Distribution Inc., a distributor headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The transaction positions Mid-American Truck Parts to significantly expand market reach for Patriot Aftermarket Partners’ product portfolio across the Central United States, company officials stated in a press release.

Great Plains Urethane Distribution serves as the exclusive distributor of Patriot Aftermarket Partners’ products, which include the flagship Patriot Liner brand, across 10 Central States. As part of the acquisition agreement, Paul Reber, president and founder of Great Plains Urethane Distribution, will remain with the organization for an extended period to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Acquisition Creates Significant Opportunities for Growth

Mid-American Truck Parts was established to facilitate this acquisition, with Patriot Liner spray-on bedliners forming the cornerstone of its long-term growth strategy, noted the release. The combined organization will focus on expanding its market in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.
