Meyer Distributing Announces New Location in Columbus

In the past few months, the automotive specialty products marketing and distribution company, Meyer Distributing Inc., has announced the addition of several new cross-docks, including in Amarillo and El Paso, Texas, and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The new cross-docks increase the capacity of Meyer’s daily delivery service.
On June 23, Meyer announced another new cross-dock location, this time in Columbus, Ohio. The Columbus cross-dock will have a direct feed from the company’s Jasper, Indiana, distribution hub, which houses one of the largest inventories of automotive accessories, crash and collision, 4×4/off-road, tire and wheel, RV and trailer parts in the region, noted company officials in a press release.
“The Columbus, Ohio, dock will provide top-notch delivery service to Central Ohio with significantly upgraded daily capacity,” states Jeff Braun, CEO of Meyer. “We continue to invest in our fleet and infrastructure and are actively looking for both distribution and truck fleet acquisition opportunities.”
