Meyer Distributing announced the addition of the new Lokithor LPS Series LiFePO4 Starting Batteries to its growing powersports product offering.

The LPS Series combines powerful starting performance with advanced technology in a battery that’s over 50% lighter than traditional lead-acid batteries, company officials stated in a press release. With low self-discharge and built-in BMS protection, they are ideal for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles and personal watercraft that require reliable starting power and reduced weight.

Designed for today’s powersport riders, the LPS Series features built-in low-temperature heating for reliable cold-weather starts, low-voltage protection that safeguards reserve power on startup, and Bluetooth connectivity that offers battery monitoring and control, including the ability to disable the battery for added security.
