Meyer Distributing Announces Sales Performance Award Winner
Meyer Distributing has started a new “Outstanding Sales Performance Award” program to recognize its salespeople that excel in their positions, the company announced.
The 2021 First Quarter Outstanding Sales Performance award was given to Ben Johnson. “Day in and day out, Johnson shows commitment to his customers and Meyer Distributing’s sales goals,” the company said in a statement announcing the award. “He exemplifies great leadership, problem resolution and customer service.”
“Meyer has always hung its hat on establishing the best sales team in the industry and upholding standards that customers expect. Ben Johnson has exemplified these values, so I’m pleased to announce him as our 2021 Q1 Outstanding Sales Performance award winner,” said Cody Ziegler, director of sales for Meyer Distributing.
“The recognition is extremely appreciated,” said Johnson. “My goal has always been to make Meyer better today than it was yesterday. Because of the team Meyer has built, I believe we are all accomplishing this goal daily.”
Citing his strong performance at Meyer, Johnson was recently promoted to the position of category sales manager for diesel performance.
