Lubrication Specialties Names Director of eCommerce
Lubrication Specialties Inc. (LSI) has hired Carmen Fiordirosa as director of eCommerce.
Fiordirosa, in the newly created role, will collaborate with cross-functional partners to grow eCommerce sales for multiple markets by ensuring a consistent brand message, robust content and online account support, according to the company. Her responsibilities will include business development and strategy, website and social media content and development, promotional campaigns, online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and technologies.
Fiordirosa will work remotely from Chicago.
Prior to joining LSI, Fiordiorsa served as the director of marketing for CleanTools Inc. in Westmont, Illinois. She was responsible for developing brand strategy, content marketing, and provided account management for distributors and suppliers across three markets, including the automotive aftermarket.
Fiordiorsa has a proven track record of developing digital strategies that significantly contribute to e-commerce while also managing full product lifecycle: design, development, testing and implementation, according to LSI.

LSI currently offers a line of over 30 fuel and oil additive products, lubricants and preventative maintenance specialty products for gas and diesel powered vehicles under the brand Hot Shot’s Secret.
