LLumar Celebrates Partnership with Hendrick Motorsports’ No. 88 Race Team
Eastman Performance Films earlier this year joined 12-time NASCAR Cup Series champions Hendrick Motorsports as a primary sponsor of driver Alex Bowman and the No. 88 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 team in the premier NASCAR Cup Series through 2020. Bowman’s car feature’s Eastman Performance Films’ LLumar brand.
Eastman circled Wednesday on the calendar (8-8) to launch its annual celebration of the No. 88 team.
“The 8/8 celebration is a wonderful way to celebrate the partnership of our two organizations. It gives fans of Alex and the No. 88 team an opportunity to learn more about both Alex and LLumar and how he and the No. 88 team are utilizing LLumar products both on and off the track,” said Darrell Reed, sales and marketing director for Eastman Performance Films. “We are really excited about the partnership and couldn’t be happier to have a talented driver like Alex, who was a fan of window tint and paint protection film prior to the partnership.”
Eastman and Hendrick Motorsports will be activating a number of different programs for consumers, employees and the LLumar dealer network on Aug. 8.

Eastman will provide new creative assets to the LLumar network every week from Aug. 8 to Sept. 2, when the Hendrick Motorsports’ No. 88 LLumar Camaro ZL1 debuts at Darlington Raceway.
The new assets range from consumer videos featuring Bowman, to digital programs, and point-of-sale materials.
Additionally, the company has launched its 88 Reasons Why You Love LLumar sweepstakes for LLumar dealers.
Eastman will be unveiling the No. 88 team’s 2019 LLumar paint scheme during the Oct. 30-Nov. 2 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
