LIQUI MOLY Launches Local Motor Oil Production in the US

LIQUI MOLY announced the start of local motor oil production in the U.S. This new step will allow the company to serve American customers more quickly and with more flexibility while maintaining the trusted German quality, company officials stated in a press release.
The new production is specifically designed to provide extra capacity for the U.S. aftermarket, allowing LIQUI MOLY to offer formulations tailored to heavy-duty vehicles and American and Asian car models in the United States. The oils are available in 55-gallon drums, 265-gallon totes and up to 6,500-gallon bulk tankers. Soon, 1-liter and 5-liter canisters will also be filled.
LIQUI MOLY says these new formulations are produced to the company’s exceeding standards, where quality is always controlled by the headquarters in Germany.
“Our valued customers can rely on the same performance, protection and reliability they’ve come to expect,” emphasized Sebastian Zelger, CEO of LIQUI MOLY USA.
Current LIQUI MOLY Products Will Still Be Produced in Germany
The current product portfolio of LIQUI MOLY’s well-known oils will continue to be produced in Germany as usual. Long-time U.S. and Canadian customers will continue to receive the current product portfolio as they always have, the company assured.
“By blending locally, we gain the advantage of quicker delivery times and reduced transport costs from Europe, making our operations more flexible and responsive to local demand. We’re excited to provide our partners and customers with a new tool in the toolbox that helps us serve the market better,” said Zelger.
