Lakeside Chevrolet Purchased by the Hiley Automotive Group

Performance Brokerage Services, a dealership brokerage firm, announced the sale of Lakeside Chevrolet in Rockwall, Texas, from Carol Grady, Michael Grady and Bob Holliman to Jason Hiley of Hiley Automotive Group. Paul Kechnie, senior partner, and Eric Scott, partner of the Texas & Midwest Office for Performance Brokerage Services, were the exclusive sell-side advisors for this transaction.

Lakeside Chevrolet was founded in 1972 by Walter “Pat” Grady and his wife, Carol. The dealership is located on Rockwall’s busy auto row on Highway 30. The dealership features state-of-the-art amenities and energy-efficient solar panels.

Dealer principal of Lakeside Chevrolet and Carol’s son-in-law, Holliman, said, “What was most important in our transaction was finding the right buyer for our long-standing Chevrolet dealership. Lakeside Chevrolet will be renamed Hiley Chevrolet and will remain at its current location at 2005 South Goliad Street in Rockwall, Texas.
