KYB Announces Promotions & New Hire

KYB has wrapped up several new promotions and hires. Most recently, it has promoted a new director of sales and a new logistics operations manager, and hired a new product manager.
Ryan Dickerman Promoted to Director of Sales
The latest announcement was the promotion of Ryan Dickerman from national sales manager to director of sales. Ryan has been with KYB for nearly 18 years. He started as a customer service representative in 2007 and has advanced through the organization. His KYB resume includes roles as customer support manager, territory sales manager, regional sales manager, and, most recently, the position of national sales manager. In that role, Ryan oversaw sales efforts throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
As national sales manager, he guided the KYB Sales Teams in the East, Central and West Regions. “I am honored to step into the role of director of sales at KYB. I look forward to continuing to work alongside this talented team and build on the strong foundation already in place. Together, we will continue to provide quality products and superior service to our customers.” Dickerman stated.
Sean Fox Joins the Product Team as a Product Manager
In other KYB employee news, Sean Fox recently joined the Product Team as a product manager. Fox is a graduate of Indiana University and has an MBA from Indiana State University. He was the president and founder of For Fox Sake Offroad before joining KYB. That experience provided him with extensive knowledge of automotive ride control systems and their operation. Fox will manage the KYB Shock Assembly line of products, as well as the release of new Excel-G, Gas-a-Just and MonoMax products and applications.
“I’m excited to be part of the KYB team and to work with a group that values precision and performance,” Fox said. “With a background in product development, real-world experience in the automotive and off-road space, and a strong foundation in business and design from my education, I’m looking forward to bringing a practical, well-rounded perspective to the table.”
Elissa Figueroa Promoted to Logistics Operations Manager
As customer service manager, Elissa Figueroa’s primary focus was managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team and ensuring a positive experience for KYB customers. In her new role as logistics operations manager, she’s taken on additional responsibilities that expand beyond traditional customer support. Elissa started with KYB in March of 2014 as a shipping coordinator.
“I’ll be working with our Distribution Center to establish shipping guidelines that will help reduce errors, handle carrier issues and decrease resolution timelines,” Elissa said. “This expanded role helps improve our cross-departmental collaboration and overall operational efficiency while continuing to support the customer experience.”
“Elissa’s outstanding past performance and contributions to KYB make her the perfect choice for this role,” said Andy Castleman, director of product and marketing for KYB Americas. “Sean’s experience has already proven to be extremely valuable within the Product Department. We’re glad to have them both.”
