Rooftop tent and adventure gear company iKamper has expanded its U.S. team with three new hires: Callie Pople, Kara Thrift and Matthew Kim.
The strategic hires come soon after the company’s recent launch of the Raconteur Rack Series, an expansion of its lineup into a new product category.

CALLIE POPLE, Customer Service Specialist
With more than eight years in the environmental industry, Pople brings a wealth of expertise in education, conservation research, sales and marketing.
Passionate about outdoor recreation and environmental stewardship, she will elevate iKamper’s customer service experience and showcase iKamper’s cutting-edge products.
Outside of the office, Pople enjoys hiking, backcountry skiing and coastal strolls with her dog, Avalanche.
KARA THRIFT, Marketing Manager
Thrift leverages an extensive background in marketing, cultivated over several years of orchestrating successful campaigns and strategic initiatives in the outdoor and overland sectors. Aligned seamlessly with iKamper’s mission, Thrift’s passion for the outdoors establishes an authentic connection with the community, rooted in her immersive familiarity and hands-on involvement.
Thrift will further cultivate iKamper’s expanding community and elevate the company’s brand presence, drawing upon her seasoned expertise in the outdoor industry.
MATTHEW KIM, Financial Controller
Kim brings extensive accounting and finance experience from the manufacturing industry to his new role at iKamper. With a background in business banking, he excels in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations, demonstrating strategic acumen in planning, variance analyses, risk management and broader departmental oversight.
Outside of work, Kim is a dedicated college football fan and enjoys hiking adventures with his spouse, emphasizing a commitment to work-life balance.
