Horsepower Automotive Group Implementing New Agreement & Policies
New documents include Internet Reseller Agreement, Unilateral Minimum Price Policy & Reseller Policy…

On March 1, 2025, Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) will implement a new Authorized Internet Reseller Agreement to support its new Unilateral Minimum Price Policy (UMAP) for the United States and Canada. According to the company, the agreement and policies were created to build better partnerships with its customers and ensure its resellers attain maximum profitability.
One of HPAG’s KPIs for 2025 is to grow relationships with the right customers, and providing them profitability is every customer’s primary concern. This new Authorized Internet Reseller Agreement will protect IP and ensure HPAG works with the right partners moving forward. There will also be a distribution agreement to help protect the wholesale channels’ margin through a wholesale unilateral pricing policy (WUPP).
All HPAG Internet Resellers will need to execute a North American Authorized Internet Reseller Agreement starting March 1 to be approved to resell the HPAG brands: Addictive Desert Designs, DV8 Offroad, Flatline Van Co, Rago Fabrication, and Rago EV. HPAG is asking all wholesale distributors to support this by only selling to approved internet resellers and reaching out to HPAG about who should be an approved internet reseller.
HPAG will partner with PDM Automotive as a data house to supply its most up-to-date data reliably and efficiently to only their Authorized Dealers, per a press release. By ensuring their authorized resellers are utilizing the newest and best assets available, HPAG says it will maintain a cohesive and unified message to consumers, while eliminating incorrect information online. To request HPAG Data, you can reach out to PDM Automotive directly or visit their website for more information about their offerings.
HPAG’s new UMAP will be similar to its old policy with minor adjustments. When the policy launches on March 1, the minimum advertised pricing for all brands will remain the same.
Horsepower Automotive Group is also launching a Preferred Dealer Program to improve their partners’ sales and driver jobber and builder business. Those interested can apply to be a Preferred Dealer to earn preferential listing on HPAG Dealer Locators, gain access to Preferred Dealer Rebate Programs and be notified of promotions/specials and new HPAG product announcements. Visit www.horsepowerautomotivegroup.com or the HPAG Preferred Dealer Program webpage to apply.
