Hellwig Earns National Women’s Business Enterprise Certification

Hellwig Suspension Products, a manufacturer of towing, hauling and performance suspension products, has received official recognition as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the company announced.

The Women’s Business Enterprise recognition certifies that Hellwig Products is owned, operated and controlled by a woman, the organization said. Hellwig Products CEO Melanie Hellwig-White is the fourth generation of the Hellwig family at the reigns of the automotive manufacturing company – and the first female.

“The number of women-owned businesses is on the rise,” said Hellwig-White. “The industry continues to change with time, and I’m proud of the Hellwig Products team for evolving in many ways.”
