Governor’s Signature Would Enact OHV Trail Fund in Maryland

The Maryland General Assembly has approved a bill that would establish an Off-Highway Recreational Vehicle Trail Fund, according to SEMA Action Network (SAN).

If signed by Gov. Larry Hogan, the bill would create the special, non-lapsing fund to help the state maintain and construct trails for off-highway recreational vehicles. The fund would be used for land owned or leased by the Department of Natural Resources.
