Goodson Tools & Supplies for Engine Builders has made some personnel changes.
Effective Jan. 1, Juan Roque will retire and step down as president of Goodson. Roque has been part of the automotive aftermarket since the 1980s, joining Goodson Tools & Supplies in 1992 as a customer service center manager. He took over the purchasing department and from there moved to operations manager. He was named president of the company in 2012.
Following Roque’s retirement, Roger Schumacher has been named president of Goodson. Schumacher has been with Goodson since 2000, serving as the company’s controller and as operations manager since 2012.
With Schumacher’s elevation to president, Goodson has named Cammy Thomas (pictured below) to the position of operations manager. Thomas comes to Goodson from Broan-NuTone in Hartford, Wisconsin, where she honed her skills in inventory management, purchasing and process planning.
