Gen-Y Hitch Names Rachel Hochstetler as Sales Training Coordinator

GEN-Y Hitch has named Rachel Hochstetler as its training coordinator for sales channels. Over four years on the GEN-Y team Hochstetler has demonstrated a high level of customer service commitment, relationship building skills with customers, and GEN-Y product knowledge, according to company officials.

As part of the new role, Hochstetler will primarily support wholesale customers with training sessions, both in person and remotely.

“I’m thrilled that we’ve reached this phase in our growth and am eager to lead this project. Having a role focused exclusively on product training will be an asset to the growth of our wholesale partners. I look forward to dedicating full-time efforts to sharing the GEN-Y passion and all the features and benefits with those in the field selling our products,” said Hochstetler.
