Free Webinar: What Small Businesses Should Do About Drugs in the Workplace

National Federation of Independent Business is putting on a free webinar on at noon EST on Wednesday regarding drugs in the workplace.

“Join NFIB Small Business Legal Center attorneys, Elizabeth Milito and Luke Wake, for a fast-paced webinar on drugs in the workplace,” NFIB stated in a news release. “They will discuss how the opioid crisis has impacted the workplace and the state of play in the courts regarding drug abuse, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and workers’ compensation laws.

“They will also explain how implementation of drug free workplace policies and legal drug testing can help protect a small business from substance abuse issues and avoid disability discrimination claims. There will be an opportunity for questions throughout the presentation.”
