Exhaust System Manufacturer AWE Enters Lexus Market With New Releases
Offerings for the GX 550 & IS350 models on the way as the company looks to serve a wider base of luxury customers…
Aftermarket exhaust system manufacturer AWE is entering the Lexus market. Known for its line of performance exhaust systems for domestic cars, trucks, JDM and Euro markets, the move allows the company to serve a wider base of luxury customers, according to officials.
First up is the launch of the 0FG Exhaust for 2024-newer Lexus GX 550 applications, with a dedicated performance exhaust line for the Lexus IS350 coming later this year.
“Building on the success of our overlanding lines for heavyweights like the Toyota Land Cruiser and 4Runner, this expansion brings AWE’s signature performance engineering to Lexus off-road enthusiasts,” said Jesse Kramer, AWE chief marketing officer. “Engineered, designed and manufactured entirely in-house, the 50-state, emissions-compliant cat-back system gives the twin-turbo V-6 a clean, aggressive voice. The GX 550 line sets a high standard for our Lexus lineup—and this is only the beginning.”
Specializing in performance components, AWE’s new Lexus offering is handcrafted from U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel and features equal-length front pipes.
