East Coast Defender is changing its corporate name to E.C.D. Automotive Design. The name change reflects the company’s broader automotive commitment and its desire to drive the innovations needed to shape the future of custom automotive design, according to the company.
“The new name-E.C.D. Automotive Design-allows us to expand our product line with the goal of improving quality while producing the most exquisite vehicles on the road today,” said Tom Humble, founder and co-owner of E.C.D. “As a company with its roots firmly planted in British automotive brands, we are committed to delivering breakthrough concepts and service that will continue to drive our clients wild.”
E.C.D. recently expanded its footprint with the opening of a satellite office in Malibu, California to better serve its customers. The new Malibu Design Studio will feed the growing demand for custom vehicles built by the company.
