Driven Distribution Group Acquires Quality Parts Warehouse

Driven Distribution Group (DDG)—a warehouse distributor of automotive aftermarket hard parts, consumables and accessories—has announced the acquisition of Quality Parts Warehouse (QPW), based in Garland, Texas. DDG is supported by HCI Equity Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in Washington, D.C.
The acquisition of Quality Parts Warehouse marks another milestone for Driven Distribution Group’s ongoing commitment to expanding its footprint and enhancing service to customers across the region, company officials stated in a press release. The 8,000-square-foot facility strengthens DDG’s logistics network and extends its reach within the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
“This new facility strengthens our logistics network and allows us to better serve our customers with the quality products and timely deliveries they depend on,” said Junior Calvert, general manager of branch operations. “Garland is a key location that supports our continued growth and dedication to exceptional service.”
History of Quality Parts Warehouse
Founded by Joe and Cheryl Bray, Quality Parts has served the automotive industry since 1991, when the Brays purchased a small jobber store in Garland. As the business grew beyond its retail space, it shifted its focus to serving professional installers exclusively, purchasing its current 8,000-square-foot warehouse in 1997, noted the release.
Under Joe’s leadership—whose experience in the automotive industry dates back to the early 1970s—the company steadily expanded to meet increasing customer demand. Today, Quality Parts continues its mission of providing reliable products and exceptional service to customers across North Texas, the company said.

Quality Parts Warehouse will be branded and operated as part of the Eagle Auto Parts’ growing network of regional branches. This addition brings expanded inventory, enhanced accessibility and stronger customer support to serve North Texas.
