DPI Off-Road Brands Acquires ToyTec Lifts

DPI Off-Road Brands has acquired ToyTec Lifts, the company announced. ToyTec Lifts, a developer and manufacturer of Toyota lift kits, was founded in 2004 in Denver, Colorado.

ToyTec produces new products ranging from front coil overs, rear lift shackles and shock extenders, to rear LCA skids and coil springs. ToyTec offers its own propriety branded products and other third-party products through its direct-to-consumer and traditional distribution channels.

With the acquisition, ToyTec joins Tuff Country, Daystar, Nitro Gear & Axle, Revtek, HCR, Performance Accessories, VooDoo Offroad, Scorpion Extreme Products, MCE, Leveling Solutions and HCT Powersports in DPI Off-Road Brands’ portfolio of products.
