Cloyes Gear & Products Inc. (“Cloyes”)—global designer, developer, manufacturer and distributor of mission-critical timing drive systems and components for the automotive aftermarket—announced that CEO John Hanighen has also been appointed chairman of the board for Cloyes by MidOcean Partners.
