C4 Fabrication Updates Hours of Operation & Contact Information

C4 Fabrication has announced updated business hours at its new home within the Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. Effective immediately, C4 Fabrication will be open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Customer service manager Nikki Flowers says, “This additional day will allow for better communication and support to our loyal C4 Fabrication consumers and business-to-business customers. It will also enable C4 Fabrication to offer quicker response times and best-in-class service.”

In addition to the extra day and new hours, C4 Fabrication has been integrated into the Horsepower Automotive Group’s phone system, allowing customers to select their preferred brand and department. HPAG says these departments will still have real people answering each call, giving the C4 Fabrication customer the superior quality that they expect from a world-class organization.

Supporting these enhancements, C4 recently launched a dedicated B2B dealer portal, providing expanded resources and streamlined ordering for its growing network of partners.

The move marks a significant step forward for the company’s operational goals, company officials stated in a press release. With expanded capabilities, C4 is now focused on reducing lead times across its entire product lineup to just two weeks. Additionally, C4 says its customers can look forward to the upcoming introduction of cost-effective powder coating options, which will be available across the C4 catalog.

Following its acquisition by HPAG in May, C4 Fabrication has fully integrated operations alongside Addictive Desert Designs and Rago Fabrication. Sharing fabrication resources at the state-of-the-art facility, C4 continues to deliver the premium quality and durability for which the company is known, noted the release.
