BorgWarner has earned the designation of being a Great Place to Work-Certified company according to the Great Place to Work organization, the company announced.
To certify companies, Great Place to Work uses validated employee feedback gathered through its data-driven “For All” methodology. Certification confirms seven out of 10 employees have a consistently positive experience at BorgWarner, the organization said.
