BorgWarner Names Amy Kulikowski as Chief Accounting Officer

BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) announced that Amy Kulikowski has been appointed vice president and chief accounting officer. She reports to Craig Aaron, after his recent appointment as chief financial officer.

Kulikowski comes to BorgWarner with more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, most recently with Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. as its chief accounting officer.

She is a CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
