Bondurant High Performance Driving School has announced that two automotive industry veterans, Dan Dineson and Mike Kessler, have joined the management team to help fuel the school’s recent growth and expansion efforts. Dineson has been hired to serve as the director of marketing and sponsor relations, while Kessler will fill the role as the school’s director of sales and business development.

“We’re excited to welcome Dan Dineson and Mike Kessler to the Bondurant team,” said Franki Buckman, CEO and general manager of Bondurant High Performance Driving School. “We’re in an incredibly exciting time right now, turning corners and forging paths that will drive us into the next 50 years. Dan and Mike not only offer decades of business acumen from the automotive industry to propel the school into our next phase of growth, but as motorsport enthusiasts they bring a deep passion and understanding of high performance driving to their roles.”

As the director of marketing and sponsor relations at the Bondurant High Performance Driving School, Dineson manages day-to-day marketing activities including advertising, PR, sponsorship fulfillment, social media engagement, website development and trade show management.  No stranger to Bondurant, he worked at the school from 2001 to 2010 when he managed the Ford Motor Company and later General Motors sponsorship programs. Before re-joining Bondurant, Dan operated his own specialty and collector car dealership for several years and worked as a territory sales manager and director of marketing in the automotive field.

Kessler will be taking over as the director of sales and business development at Bondurant High Performance Driving School. In this role, he oversees the development and implementation of the school’s sales, sponsorship and new business growth strategies and initiatives. Additionally, he is responsible for developing relationships and building business strategies for the school’s sponsors and working to create solutions to achieve their business and marketing objectives. Kessler formerly served as the sales director at Firebird International Raceway between 2005 and 2013.
