BMR Suspension Announces Acquisition of Hotchkis Sport Suspension

BMR Suspension has acquired Hotchkis Sport Suspension, bringing another highly respected name in performance suspension into its growing family of brands. For more than three decades, Hotchkis has built a reputation for premium performance suspension products, helping redefine what enthusiasts expect from American muscle builds.

Hotchkis now joins BMR Suspension and Heidts Suspension, creating a “unique synergy among three highly respected performance suspension brands” while building a stronger platform centered on premium products and American manufacturing, said Allan Miller, president, BMR Suspension.

For Hotchkis founder John Hotchkis, the sale represents the next chapter of a journey that began with what he calls the “crazy idea more than three decades ago that muscle cars should actually handle.” That idea grew into a respected performance brand, a passionate community, countless track days and autocross events, and decades of memories throughout the automotive aftermarket, he shared, while expressing gratitude to the employees, customers, dealers, suppliers, friends, and enthusiasts who helped build his company over the years.
