AWE Releases Updated Company Vision, Announces Promotions

The new vision comes with an increased focus on employee training & opportunities...

Performance exhaust manufacturer AWE has updated its corporate vision to: “We build the best performing people who build the best performing products on the planet.”

“We studied visions from some of the most well-regarded consumer brands out there—from Starbucks to IKEA to Apple—and they all lacked one thing: a focus on the team member. This new vision allows AWE to clearly articulate something that’s been a part of our culture for quite some time—our team comes first. We believe that if we focus on our team, the rest will follow,” stated Todd Sager, AWE CEO and founder.

The new vision comes with an increased focus on employee training, an enhanced benefits package focusing on health and wellness, internal bonus programs, advancement opportunities and additional feedback channels for team members, according to the company.

Along with the new vision came a number of promotions:

  • Josh Davis was promoted to Creative Director
  • Sam Muehlbronner was promoted to Production Supervisor
  • David Harsch was promoted to Weld Specialist III
  • Sean Breslin was promoted to Station 4 & 5 Packer
  • Ian Gray was promoted to Machine Operator III
  • Ryan Keating was promoted to Weld Specialist II
  • Darron Shubin was promoted to Vice President of Sales
  • Brandon John was promoted to Weld Specialist I

“Our new vision emphasizes the important role each team member plays in AWE’s journey. By focusing on their growth and well-being, we pave the way for individual, company, and customer success,” said Belinda Berwind, AWE director of human resources.
