Automotive Photographer Bolsters DeatschWerks Marketing Team
DeatschWerks has hired Kevin Cox to its advertising and marketing department.
“DeatschWerks is excited to have Kevin join our established marketing team as he brings a wealth of photography, editorial, and marketing knowledge to the company,” said a statement by DeatschWerks. “If you see him in our booth at events this year, please say hello and welcome him to the DeatschWerks family.”
Cox’s photography is well known in the automotive community due to his involvement with 1320Video and Street/Race Magazine, according to DeatschWerks. He started with 1320Video in 2013 and attended and covered numerous events, such as Street Car Takeover, TX2K, and Hot Rod Magazine Drag Week.
In 2016, Cox took a job as the editorial director of Street/Race Magazine, where he wrote numerous articles and had the chance to manage and work with other writers, photographers, and automotive companies across the country. Cox, born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, relocated to Oklahoma City a few years ago to expand his work as an automotive photographer.
