The Auto Care Association has appointed Sara G. Greene as the director of membership-she will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the Auto Care Association’s member recruitment and retention efforts, while developing strong relationships with internal staff serving as the conduit to its 3,000 member companies, according to the association.

Greene will work closely with the association’s Strategic Development department to provide recommendations for growing key member segments, while creating and supporting the association’s goals. In her previous role, Greene led the execution and evaluation of the National Retail Federation’s member engagement strategy, member programs and services and strategic partnerships.
