AST & MOTON Suspension Announce Events at Monterey Car Week

Performance suspension manufacturers AST Suspension and MOTON Suspension Technologies are attending Monterey Car Week 2024. On Thursday, Aug. 15, an activation at Legends of the Autobahn will feature various BMW products on display. The following day, the innovative suspension manufacturers will showcase Porsche products at PCA Werks Reunion Monterey, according to officials.

AST Suspension and MOTON Suspension Technologies have developed dampers and suspension components for European brands like BMW and Porsche. The pedigreed technology has enabled both brands to create complementary street and dual-duty products for a wide array of applications.

AST and MOTON join in Monterey Car Week’s celebration of motorsport and automotive history at the two high-profile events. 

Legends of the Autobahn is an annual, all-German Concours d’Elegance hosted by three North American car clubs—BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz—featuring both judged areas and an open corral. This Concours draws thousands of enthusiasts to admire rare, historical models to special, factory-prepared examples, including a history of world-first official BMW debuts. 

Porsche Club of America created Werks Reunion a decade ago to celebrate the Porsche brand as well as the community of enthusiasts. Unlike many judged shows at Monterey Car Week, PCA Werks Reunion does not employ score sheets or protest committees; its judges reward machines that are lovingly maintained and enjoyed. A non-judged corral organized by model is also present, featuring enthusiast-owned Porsches from the marque’s storied timeline.
