Arnott, an aftermarket manufacturer and supplier of premium air suspension and ride control products, announced the appointment of Aalok Joshi as chief revenue officer (CRO).
In this newly created role, Joshi will work closely with Arnott’s commercial leadership team to further strengthen customer partnerships, support continued growth, and enhance the company’s ability to serve customers across its global markets, company officials stated in a press release.
“At Arnott, our customers remain at the center of everything we do,” said Joe Santangelo, chief executive officer of Arnott. “Adding a chief revenue officer strengthens our commercial organization and allows us to bring additional focus, resources and leadership to support our customers’ success. George Greene, our vice president of sales, has been instrumental in building our sales organization and customer relationships. As our vice president of sales, he will continue to play a critical role as we grow.”
Joshi brings more than 15 years of automotive aftermarket experience, with a track record of building customer-focused organizations and driving sustainable growth. In partnership with Arnott’s existing commercial leadership team, he will help align sales, marketing, customer experience and growth initiatives to ensure Arnott continues delivering exceptional service and value to its customers, the release noted.
“I am excited to join Arnott at such an important time in the company’s growth,” said Joshi. “Arnott has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer commitment, and I look forward to working alongside the talented team already in place to support customers and help drive the next phase of growth.”
