After more than 35 years of growth and success, AllPro Distributing has announced a strategic company separation that positions it for its next phase of expansion and innovation, company officials stated in a press release.
Formerly operating under the umbrella of H&H Enterprises Inc., AllPro Distributing now operates as its own independent corporation, AllPro Distributing Inc. The company says this transition allows it to sharpen its focus, invest more deeply in its core strengths and continue delivering exceptional value to customers and partners.
“This company was built through hard work, dedication and the strong relationships we’ve forged with our partners over decades,” said Thomas Harrell, CEO. “This new structure allows us to continue driving the same relentless growth, innovation and commitment to excellence that has fueled our success—while ensuring our partnerships and day-to-day operations remain unchanged.”
AllPro Distributing continues under the leadership of Danny Harrell and Thomas Harrell, ensuring continuity, experience and a shared commitment to excellence, noted the release. Customers, vendors and partners can expect uninterrupted service and the same trusted relationships they’ve relied on for years, the company said.
AllPro Distributing will continue its role as a wholesale distributor of truck and automotive accessories, serving dealers across the Southeast and beyond. To support a seamless transition, H&H Truck and Outdoor retail locations will continue sourcing products through AllPro Distributing.
