Aeromotive will host special open-house event to celebrate its 25th anniversary in business on Aug. 1 at its headquarters located in Lenexa, Kansas. The event will be active from 4 to 8 p.m.
“This isn’t just a celebration of Aeromotive, but a huge thank-you to the good people who have supported us along the way,” said Steve Matusek, Aeromotive founder. “No one gets this far alone, so we’re inviting our friends and community partners to join in the celebration.”
The open-house will feature appearances from famous racers and their cars-Aeromotive remains tight-lipped on the special guests-vendor booths for local parts distributors, firefighters and policemen meet-and-greets, and music from Gary Lincoln. Aeromotive also will host tours of its facility. The event also will include t-shirt sales, a silent auction benefitting Parenting Children with Special Needs Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of local families who have a child with challenges that are associated with a medical diagnosis.
Matusek, the son of immigrants from Eastern Europe, started Aeromotive in 1994. A quarter-century later, the company has become an all-American success story worth celebrating, according to the company.
