4 Wheel Parts Celebrates a Grand Reopening in Oakland
4 Wheel Parts held a grand reopening celebration on Jan. 13 at the chain’s newly relocated Oakland, California store, after staff spent more than 30 years at the previous location. The family-geared event featured discounts, product giveaways and installation specials.
“4 Wheel Parts has built an unparalleled legacy in Oakland with more than 50 years of experience in collaborating with the truck, Jeep and off-road enthusiasts in this community to bring their visions to life,” said David McDonald, store manager.
McDonald has spent 10 years of his 15-year 4 Wheel Parts career managing the Oakland location.
“This store has built a well-established reputation as a full-blown custom shop for off-roaders along with being a singular source for everything truck and Jeep,” he said. “Now we’re bigger, better and brand new. It’s exciting for us to share this new location as we take 4 Wheel Parts Oakland into the future.”
The grand reopening event was organized to give attendees the chance to experience the shop’s interactive showroom, featuring an extensive lineup of products on display with a team of off-road performance experts providing insights.
The event included a DJ, bounce house and obstacle course, car crush, as well as numerous games and contests with prizes awarded throughout the day-including 4 Wheel Parts Gift Cards, prizes from Pro Comp, Smittybilt, and Traxxas, along with a $500 4 Wheel Parts shopping spree.
“4 Wheel Parts Oakland is more than a collection of great parts for trucks and Jeeps,” McDonald said. “For a very long time, we have been the central hub for the off-road community to connect, share build ideas and check out the best parts and accessories available for their rigs. We are tremendously happy to share this new location with our community of off-roaders and enthusiasts here in Oakland that we consider much more than customers, they are truly our friends. Now, with our new location, we are able provide an even greater selection of products on display in a completely fresh, new atmosphere.”
