Road Armor Pitches in on American Valor Truck

American Valor Foundation is raffling a 2017 Ford F-150 giveaway with all proceeds set to be donated to U.S. veterans and first responders. The nonprofit-which was founded by the family of Chris Kyle to honor the famed late sniper-had help from the aftermarket to beef up the truck built by RAD Rides. Raffles cost $50 and the drawing is set to take place March 31.

Road Armor lended a helping hand on the project, including with the design, product machining and accessory donation. The company’s products installed on the truck include its custom Intimidator Winch Bumpers on the front and rear-equipped with WARN winches front and back-as well as accent lighting, steps and a headache rack.

Other accessories installed on the truck include Quake LED lighting all around, a Pro Comp lift, SOTA Offroad wheels, FURY tires, LRM Kevllar, graphics applied by Wrap Garage, and Factor 55 gear.

Other custom elements including billet aluminum badges inspired by the Picatinny rail on Chris Kyle’s favorite rifle, the Tac 338.

Prestige Ford donated the Ford F-350 to American Valor Foundation for the raffle.

“This truck is the epitome of what Chris Kyle loved in a vehicle,” according to American Valor Foundation. “As a tribute to Chris we built the machine he would have loved driving on a daily basis. Remember, as Chris would say, ‘Freedom is never Free.’ This is how we can all come together and make a difference.
