2020-25 Lincoln Aviator
Vehicles Affected: Parent company Ford is recalling approximately 133,000 model-year 2020-25 Lincoln Aviator SUVs.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the issue is linked to insufficient adhesive bonding, which can cause the trim pieces to detach from the vehicle.
The Fix: Dealers will repair or replace C-pillar appliques and window division bars as necessary and for free. Owner notification letters will be mailed at the end of July.

2021-25 Ford Mustang Mach-E
Vehicles Affected: Ford is recalling 197,400 model-year 2021-25 Mustang Mach-E electric SUVs.
The Problem: In the event of a low battery charge, the automaker says the electronic door latches may remain locked after the driver or front passenger exits the vehicle and shuts the door.
The Fix: Dealers will update the Powertrain Control Module and Secondary On-Board Diagnostic Control Module C software as necessary and for free. Ford will notify owners by July 23.

2020-25 Ford Explorer & Lincoln Aviator
Vehicles Affected: Ford is recalling 304,600 model-year 2020-25 Aviator and Explorer SUVs.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the switch for the easy-entry second-row outer seats may bind or stick. This could result in seats unlatching, folding or sliding unexpectedly while driving.
The Fix: Dealers will inspect the second-row switch and replace the bezel around it as necessary and for free. Owner notifications are scheduled for June 23.

2025 Ford Bronco
Vehicles Affected: Ford is recalling another 27,700 model-year 2025 four-door Broncos.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the left-hand rear door may be able to be opened from inside the vehicle when the child safety lock is on, greatly increasing the risk of injury.
The Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the rear door latch as necessary and for free. Ford will notify owners on June 23.

2016-17 Ford Explorer
Vehicles Affected: Ford is recalling approximately 492,000 model-year 2016-17 Explorers.
The Problem: The B-pillar trim on the driver and front passenger doors may detach while driving and become a road hazard for other drivers. Prior to detachment, owners may visually notice the B-pillar trim separating from the top of the front doors or hear excess wind and rattling noise while driving.
The Fix: A remedy for the issue is currently under development. The automaker will send an update to vehicle owners with the next steps.

2021-25 Acura TLX & Honda Pilot
Vehicles Affected: Parent company Honda is recalling more than 259,000 vehicles, including model-year 2021-25 Acura TLX sedans and 2023-25 Acura MDX and Honda Pilot SUVs.
The Problem: The brake-pedal pivot pin may not have been secured properly, allowing the pedal to come out of position and preventing the driver from applying the brakes as needed.
The Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the brake pedal assembly as necessary and for free. Honda will notify owners at the end of July.
